Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) 888
The last stage of Subclass 188 and is a permanent visa. Upon being grant Subclass 888, the holder will obtain permanent residency and permit to stay in Australia indefinitely.
Extension for 188
Specifically for Subclass 188 (Business Innovation stream and Significant Investor stream), who need additional time to prepare for their permanent visa Subclass 888 application. The extension is an additional of up to 2 for Business Innovation stream and 4 years for Significant Investor stream.
Temporary Skills Shortage 482
Subclass 482 allows Employers to sponsor overseas workers to meet the skills shortage currently in the Australian labor market. This is a temporary visa, which offers up to 4 years of stay and provide a permanent migration pathway for eligible applicants.
Employer Nomination Scheme 186
A permanent visa that can be applied directly or transit from being a Subclass 482/457 visa holder. Subclass 186 does not required an employer to apply to be a Standard Business Sponsor.
Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) 494
Subclass 494 specifically for Employers operating in regional Australia to sponsor overseas skilled workers. After 3 years, eligible Subclass 494 visa holders can apply for permanent residency.
Standard Business Sponsorship and Nomination Application

Sponsored Parent (Temporary) Visa (870)
Parents of Australian citizen and permanent resident can visit Australia for up to 3 or 5 years per visa. A very fast processing times compare to all other parents visas. Can apply for a further visa (870) and visit Australia for a maximum period of 10 years.
Bridging Visas
To be a legal non-citizen in Australia, a person must either hold a substantive visa or a bridging visa. There are severe consequences for anyone who staying in Australia illegal such as subject to deportation and future exclusion period preventing a person from applying for any Australian visas.
